"The bathtub didn’t drain properly. I had to wash my calves and feet after the shower. There were bugs in the room. The toilet kept leaking and making noise every few minutes. The breakfast was good. The location was goods, 4 minutes to the beach and a couple seafood restaurants."

"Streaming didn’t work & the only thing I looked forward to was watching Hulu or Netflix. I was going to stay an extra night but chose to check out. I am now staying at a Marriott where the streaming works. I also don’t enjoy using Dove Soap; it’s too sweet/fragrant but was the only option. Bedding was great but without streaming to help relax (& not being told when I got to my room; I had to call bc I couldn’t get it to work) it was not a great stay."

"The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay."

"Rooms look very tired and outdated. There was a hole in the chair. But otherwise facilities was great. Use of common area is an excellent idea. I couldn't use most of the facilities as l arrved late and left before 5am. It would have been great if they offered a packed breakfast for people leaving before 0600. Air-Conditioning was effective and room was clean."

"Power outage with no power backup at 5Am in the morning , with Carbon monoxide alarms going off ( no ventilation, lights, hot water ) and no breakfast"

"This is an odd place!! The location suited us and it was convenient to have a kind of kitchen. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. The room is very tired and the carpet old. The room is VERY noisy - neighbouring room and road noise. We stayed during a sporting event weekend and the price was crazy for this type of accommodation, as it was for other places too."

"The room is cozy and has everything you need. I wouldn’t recommend for a stay longer than 1-2 nights. Room is right at the main entrance so you hear everyone entering the building and anyone walking by on the street. There was a door being slammed several times at night. Don’t know if it was the bathroom door or what but it was pretty loud. Although the building itself close to a busy highway the location is pretty good. Near the T and a 15 minute car ride to the airport."

"I booked a Queen and a Twin bed and only got a twin. The whole apartment had this funky smell to it. All the amenities were shared so there which I wasn’t informed about. One of the twin beds had a broken frame and neither one had a box spring underneath. One of the bathroom doors was broken and hard to close, which honestly had me concerned. "Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come...

"The gentlemen that I spoke to was not kind and criticized everything he did not explain things and was cynical and very rude . When you are asking for information he tells you read the emails . When you mention you don’t have access to internet and it does not show he you to read again and speaks to you in a condescending way . The apartment is not quiet and the area is not safe at all . TO AVOID not worth it at all !"

"I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately."

"Breakfast was almost nothing. It was very clean but not much to choose from. The air conditioner never got cold and made sounds all night."
