"The room was very cleaned, and cleaned every day of our stay. The staff were kind, helpful, and very informative about events or how to travel in the area. If I could stay longer, I would choose this hotel again. Check-in and Check-out were very simple, you can use either kiosk or front desk (if a person is there). Towels were changed everyday, room claned, garbage thrown away, and free water bottles. Very nice place. Thank you!"

"Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly. The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive."

"It was a very spacious and clean room. Since there is also a pool and gym, it's nice to spend time just in the hotel as well. It's also just a short walk to the Design Plaza, so it's perfect for enjoying the night market and other attractions."

It’s conveniently located near the train station & Dongdaemun Design Plaza which is my favourite museum to visit every year. Room is clean & the facilities in the house is simple & well managed. Take note that there is only stairs to access the different levels."

"This property was very clean. The staff was amazing and even called our next hotel to ask them some questions for us since we don't speak Korean. They have adapters to rent if you forgot one or if yours burns out like mine did. They have coin laundry on site which was extremely helpful while traveling for a long time. This hotel is perfectly situated admist a variety of stores and subway stops. "
