The staff were exceptionally helpful, from their general professionalism and courteousness to helping us find amazing local places to eat. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and greeted us everytime we left and arrived at the hotel. We had the breakfast buffet twice. Although it was pricey, the food was delicious and had plenty of options. The dining options around the hotel qere plentiful as well. Our room had a beautiful view of the Dongdaemun Gate.
