Breakfast staff helpful and some excellent choices to eat before we set off for our day. Mathilde was wonderful and not only looked after our food choices but also gave us a few destination suggestions. From here it is a short trip to Pont de Gard where we swam below a Roman bridge also Gordes and Isle le Sorgue. Hope to return."

"The room was really small, but that’s more of a Europe thing than a specific thing. The staff were amazing! Super kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The location is fantastic. As with many hotels we’ve seen so far, this one seems to be fit into an older building so it’s not like a new Holiday Inn in any town in the US, but it’s a fantastic place to stay in Avignon. Did I mention the staff was fantastic? You couldn’t ask for nicer people."

However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full.
