"Friendly staffs"

"It was a group of 6 and we celebrated our anniversary; we were greeted with congratulations and complementary beverages during check in. They had flowers on our bed with happy anniversary. The restaurant that we dined in was amazing, the room with the tub, the roof top bar, the pool bar, everyone was so helpful, I was truly impressed and surprised, we were all a bit reluctant about our stay because we normally stay at Hyatt Hotels, but the team at Mai House was amazing. "The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the famous Pink Church in Tân Định and the local market. As expected of a city hotel, the street is directly in front of the property and can get quite busy during peak hours. I booked a Superior Room without windows. "Everything good"

"We almost didn’t book this place because there weren’t many reviews when we were looking, but I’m really glad we gave it a chance. We arrived quite tired after a long journey and it was such a relief to find a clean, comfortable room waiting for us. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had all the information before arriving. The neighborhood was interesting too, with lots of little cafes and local food spots that we probably wouldn’t have discovered otherwise"
