""Every stay at this beautiful resort truly feels like paradise, and I find myself returning time and again. The entire property is spotlessly clean, from the common areas to the guest rooms, and it always smells wonderful. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even better. The only consistent hurdle is the check-in time; because this is a massive hotel that hosts many large groups, rooms are rarely ready before 5:00 PM. While you shouldn't count on an early check-in, the resort makes the wait easy. You can simply leave your bags with the bell hop and hop on a boat to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. If you aren’t heading to the parks, the pool bar and stunning lounge areas are the perfect places to relax. I’ll be back again very soon!""

"We experienced several issues during our stay, including a lack of heating or air conditioning in the room, no toilet paper, and the room was not serviced after we departed. Additionally, there were insufficient blankets. Overall, it was a rather disappointing experience."

"The resort was beautiful and so convenient to Epcot. The pools and beach area was tropical and relaxing. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The sink area was great for getting ready with two people. Restaurants were great. We will definitely stay here again. "
