"Very loud room. The walls and doors are paper thin, so if you're hoping to sleep. Would not recommend. This was my husband's feedback and he's very easy to please, and a heavy sleeper. Breakfast was fine. Room was clean. Air con was very loud and clunky. Would avoid."

One bad experience was all the soccer kids, the running around, the knocking on the doors started usually at 7:30 am and again all evening from 7 pm to about 11:15 pm. This was Fri, Sat & Sun, I continued to call front desk to complain but got to the point of going in the hallway to tell the kids to settle down. I dont mind the running around, but...

"The room was large and clean. There was no traditional TV, only apps. I wanted to watch sports in my room in the evening as I often do and it was impossible to do so without buying an app."

"The only issue we experienced was the noise of the elevator ( we assume ). Sounded like someone rolling a cart on the floor above us. We stayed in #209 by the elevator."

"Just a couple issues but overall a good stay. The coffee maker had a filter left in it from the previous guests. The staff took care of it. Breakfast was excellent. Pool didn't open until 9am which we felt was a little late opening."

"This was the best stay I’ve had in awhile. I am beyond impressed with everything this property offered. There was tons of parking, clean lobby and rooms, and friendly helpful staff. We booked the hotel because of the pool and it was way past our expectations. It was clean, had lots of seating, had a water slide and a fairly big pool and a fun water feature for the kids.
