The hotel is quite new and well - equipped with entertainment facilities! However, there's a little issue with the bed in my room. There's some noise when I turn over.
We have been going to this hotel since it opened. It was kept so clean and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast area was stocked. This time the bedsheets need replacing and so do the towels. The breakfast area coffee was terrible and never full. The staff looked bored and annoyed when we talked to them. Someone in a Mercedes took 2 parking spots right at the front and never moved the 3 days we were there. I don’t think we will be back.
The entire experience was very nice regarding the hotel and staff.
The issue was the teams that stayed over the weekend.
The boys were knocking on doors and running down the halls until midnight. A suggestion would be have all the team members and their families one separate floor to minimize the late night activities.
I know it is difficult to arrange but parents need to control their children especially during the later hours.
Room layout itself was fine however the noise in the room was unbearable, there is some type of exhaust fan that kicks in every 10-15 minutes right outside our room window, The noise was continuous all night. The walls seem paper thin, you can hear people above you stomping around at 5am and the ones next to you talking. Then there was a dog barking non stop & scratching at the door just down from us and nothing was done about this, felt so bad for the dog. The breakfast was probably a 4 out of 10. everything was cold and bland or stale. When we went to check out the girl was on a facetime call (seemed non work related) and was going to make us wait until i said we need to go, she jotted down our room number and said she would check us out when she was done. Hoping the check out had no issues and we get the deposit back we put down in 2-5 business days. We will see
Staff was very friendly and courteous but the one thing that stood out was the lobby as it was an amazing area to have my meetings and just chill. Lobby has ample comfortable seating with tvs and pool table. I will definitely be back
The first night the first room we were given the floor was obviously not vacuumed (bits of dirt) and the shower area looked a bit grungy at the base corners. The window blind was broken from the base 1.5 foot separation. Definitely not to Hilton standards. And, that night we were paying nearly $200 for all this luxury. 😞 The front staff gave us a new room, but couldn't discount our stay because we had booked through a third party (Expedia). During our 2 night stay, we had to have our entry card reset 3 times! I felt like we spent more time in the lobby than in the room. The breakfast was pathetic. Bagels and English muffins were dried and hard. The oranges this morning had green mold. When I alerted staff, they washed the oranges and put them back out. The pool was closed for maintenance and that was not indicated upon making the reservation.Can you imagine how disappointed a family with children would be had they gone to this hotel expecting a pool? The hotel is a very bare bones setup. I didn't expect that of the Hilton name. No coffee station in room, room very small. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this hotel chain to anyone.
Friendly and laid back. Easy check in and confortable beds. Not sure our room was fully cleaned before we checked jn as there was a half used water bottle and pop bottle left in the fridge. Bathroom floor had Debris also.
Bed bug infestation - While finding a pest in a hotel is a nightmare, the way management handled it was even worse. When we informed the front desk, their only solution was to move us to another room. They refused our simple request for dry cleaning for our clothing and luggage, even though those items were now likely infested. The response? "The manager isn't in today, so there's nothing we can do."
It got worse when we called Hilton Corporate. A supervisor named Malik was incredibly rude, essentially telling us that because he doesn't stay in hotels, he "doesn't care" about the situation. No apology, no immediate help, and zero accountability for a major health code violation.
For those who don't know, bed bugs are "hitchhikers." They crawl into the seams of your suitcases and the folds of your clothes. If you take even one female bug or a few eggs home, you are looking at: 1.Thousands of dollars in professional extermination costs. 2.The potential need to throw away your mattress, couch, and clothing. 3.Months of emotional trauma, insomnia, and being bitten in your own sleep.
By refusing to help us decontaminate our gear, this hotel is essentially okay with us bringing an infestation back to our home. They treated a high-risk health hazard like a minor "inconvenience."
Avoid this hotel at all costs. There is no "Hilton Standard" here—just a dirty room and a management team that will leave you stranded once they have your money.
