"Very good dinner with many different options available. Breakfast was also very good. Clean and beautiful rooms. Excellent location. A bit of a hiccup upon arrival as ride did not show up to pick us up but otherwise an excellent place to stay. Also, animals on the property or on the road (hippo, elephants, and warthogs)!"

"Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"They’re doing their best. It’s a kind of pay as you go hotel. They make you pay for each step because they are very decentralized. The restaurant for breakfast, the bar, the shuttle to the airport, etc. It’s not a bad place to stay, but don’t expect a lot. The stuff were pretty nice, but things move at a slow pace. Shout out to the laundry staff and house keeping. They were very professional and timely."

"The staff were the starts of the lodge. Richard at the bar was a true gentleman. The catering staff were simply amazing and always polite. Let's not forget the gardner who kept the place nice and lush and the pool clean. Our son was in the pool everyday. Great fun."

"While the property itself is beautiful, the rooms are incredibly dated and service is often slow. There are no outlets next to the beds on either side and no outlets in the bathroom. Your only option to charge/use your phone/other electric device is across the room at the desk. Oftentimes, I had to rely on my portable charger if I had two electric devices that needed power. I couldn’t even do my hair in the bathroom because the only hair dryer is in the desk and cannot be pulled out to be used....

"The hotel itself is overpriced so is the breakfast at 25 dollars a person. I did not even try it. The bathrooms are so tiny with no handwash. The rooms are dirty with insects and cockroaches. My partner and I where bitten with a bad after math reaction."

"This hotel is beautiful. The grounds are well manicured. The check in was easy and fast. The staff is professional and courteous. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent. We had a clogged shower drain and when we reported it, Maintenance was there immediately to address the issue. We needed a half hour late checkout and they gave it to us without question. The restaurant was delicious, as were the cocktails. Very reasonable prices. The infinity pool is fantastic...
