1) The quality of breakfast was excellent. 2) Room is quiet, the shower, air conditioner is OK 3) the surrounding hotel is OK for the noon, but we shall attention the night. 4) My room window did not work the lock.

The service was excellent. The cold water was off when I woke up because of a problem they were fixing. They fixed it and made sure everything was okay.

Every member of staff I met was friendly, helpful and efficient. A real credit to the hotel. Sadly I will not stay here again owing to the room. There were mosquitoes in the room meaning I had an incredibly uncomfortable night with little sleep. Presumably they knew about the problem and that’s what the can of doom next to the bed was for! The aircon was barely detectable and of the supposed range of channels on my one kids program and the news were working properly. You do not expect to encounter these kinds of problems in a Marriott hotel and at the price charged

Quiet hotel, good breakfast with very good service-minded staff, the room was fine and was kept clean, good quality towels and bed linen. Meetings with colleague in the lobby at several of the floors with the possibility of having coffee/tea brought from the restaurant. The Protea Hotel next door had a great top-roof restaurant.

Good location and quality hotel

Good location next to eastpark mall. Hotel has nice rooftop bar where you can relax. Good breakfast and coffee was also quality coffee in breakfast

Rooms were modern and spacious, Wi-Fi was good throughout the day and the breakfast buffet was excellent with ample variety. All staff I encountered were very attentive, polite, kind and went out of their way to ensure guests had an excellent experience. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations with construction happening during day time hours. This did not adversely affect the week I spent at the hotel. Once the renovations are complete, I anticipate the hotel will be even better.

This was our second stay. The staff is superb. Friendly. Personal attention. Showered us with romantic rose petals, candy, and wine for our wedding! Wonderful service at the breakfast buffet. Very clean rooms with plenty of parking water! Only complaints: room service is a little slow and the Internet isn’t very good.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included with the room was delicious and they had a variety of options. The hotel is walking distance from East Park Mall where you can find grocery stores and restaurants & bars. There is even an airport shuttle available at the hotel, and another reasonably priced airport shuttle at East Park Mall.

Nice hotel. Great staff

Kind and friendly staff. Room immaculately clean and convenient location. When you look closely some things look a little tired and for a generic hotel I think it’s a little overpriced. I didn’t like the fact that for the in-room tea and coffee making facilities there was a plastic straw instead of a spoon! Overall nice enough hotel with great staff so for the right price I would definitely use again
