The staff here were amazing, respectful and professional id recommend this place any day. Its the place you wanna be at when youre in Livingstone. Its central to most places you would wanna visit. We enjoyed staying here

Rooms were clean. Indian food in restaurant was delicious. The young man at the bar was not familiar with how to make drinks so we instructed him what to mix. Shuttle to and from airport was flawless. Only instant coffee is available. Flies were a nuisance while dining so we turned the fan(s)) towards our table to keep them away.

It was a nice room and a great staff. The biggest drawback was a nearby pub that kept music going until 2 AM. Wifi was weak and intermittent during my stay, but they seemed responsive to my pleas for repair.

This hotel has world-class service. All the staff, from the front desk, to maintenance and housekeeping, work to ensure you have the best experience. There's a fantastic breakfast buffet, with every sort of food. The hotel is in town, so you can walk to everything. If you want to plan a tour there are reps to assist near the lobby. I would definately stay here again.

We love the staff at New Fairmount like family. Allen always takes time to make me feel welcome and ask about my family. Esther always does a wonderful job with laundry. The lady who cleaned my room always kept it looking nice. Multiple dinners in the restaurant were very good.

The property is classic and being welcomed by Allan was a great experience and his hospitality alongside Butemwe was very gracious! The front desk staff “Mwichee” and others were very helpful during my stay and the driver to and from the airport was helpful too! Overall great stay and friendly staff all around!

Great staff, very hospitable and nice. Huge menu and some very nice dishes, including somme indian dishes. The place is more than 100 years old and has a nice atmosphere.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont. The hotel has world-class service. The staff are all so friendly and accomodating. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping are there to make sure you have the best visit. The breakfast buffet is amazing... just about every type of food is there, eggs and bacon, beans, tomoatoes for a full english. If you want to plan activities there is a tour company right next to the lobby. The best thing was being in town. You can walk to everything, or get a taxi right outside.
