"Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost."

"Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor."

"We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. "Great reception. Great location. Great security but unfortunately property needs immediate tending sorry. Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall."
