"The house is nice designed and keep clean. However the wc in first floor was broken, there was no toilet seat on. It should be fixed or notified before we checked in. The worst part is we could get hold of owner till we contacted hotel.com with the check in guidance. The owner only replied our message a few hours before their FIXED check in time, to give us the location of the key. "

"The hotel is not large. The lobby is decorated like a living room at home. The receptionist give us warm welcome, good location, close to MSM, with restaurants and supermart nearby. Quiet room and adequated breakfast. The space in the room may be narrow but it has nearly full toiletries.The only downside is the central toilet is not clean."

"We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. "This was an excellent, budget friendly hotel with easy access to the abbey. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. The shuttle bus stopped less than a block away and ran continuously throughout the day and night. One thing to note, when traveling in the off season you must check in and out at a different hotel down the street and a code is required at the gate to the town. "
