"Absolutely incredible hotel, room and even the staff! It felt like they went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be back in the future. Perfect for a couples retreat or a family city vacation. The interior was so classic with a rustic feel, and the luxury cars parked at the front were such a nice surprise. "Very nice and modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle with everything on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was spotless. The breakfast option was tasty and plentiful and the dining area was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have Worcestershire sauce as an option, it would have made all the difference! The room was quiet (as requested) and the bed was very comfortable.
