"We stayed in Room 3, if the other rooms were as great as ours then it would be hard to beat this location. The view of the river and sunset were awesome. The restaurant service would be hard to beat anywhere and the food was excellent. All in all we loved our stay at Surry Seafood Inn."

"Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . "Hotel was nice and clean and very close to Busch Gardens (3) minutes, they had a shuttle but we were unaware. Remote control was missing a battery so no television the first night we were too tired to go to the lobby after we settled in for the night. Other than that, the room was clean and we had a good stay."

"The overall hotel is good for a 3 star hotel. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast is a nice amenity. Cons: There were stains on the walls in bathroom, the tub could use a better scrub, and the carpet was dirty."

"Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area."

"Upon arrival at 4:00 P.M., the hotel had no electricity. Not their fault but there was no one at the desk or anywhere near it. I went outside to find a man in a sleeveless tee shirt to ask if there was anyone who worked there. It was him. We got into the hotel at 10:00, no word of any kind of compensation. "Overall, above average to great."

"Great place for families especially if you are visiting the theme parks. Large pool, arcade, bar, market for coffee and snacks and great nearby dinning."

"The first room had toilet issues. The second room had food under and around the furniture. The beds were clean as was the bathroom. The key card did not work upon second entry. The staff assisted but seemed more inclined to socialize with each other. The fountain area outside had a very high curb. I tripped and broke my phone. The breakfast was very limited to almost nothing. My sister and I were sad."
