Very nice curb appeal and the rooms were just like the pictures. The continental breakfast was great and the person was constantly making sure everything was stocked. Staff was nice and helpful. I really look forward to staying again

First room had no heat. Second room door lock was inoperative. (Staff was nice and changed rooms). Very dirty carpet. Other "tenants" were so loud at 4:30am I was awakened. You get what you pay for. I'm surprised Wyndham handles these type of properties. They are real dives and destroys whatever positive type of branding your name has driven in the past.

Didn’t feel safe, parking lot was dark, room had windows w/no screens and with the ability to open. Room was damaged - carpet (all of it) was dirty/worn/dated/pulls in it, shower curtain rod was a blink away from pulling out of the walls. Lights in room had dated light bulbs. Light fixtures barely hanging on to their bases.

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made for a nice visit. The only issue we noticed was a hole in the bathroom door near the handle on the outside — definitely something that should be fixed. Breakfast was okay, but it would be great to have a little more variety in the non-pastry options, like more hot or protein choices. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, but the hot tub was more lukewarm than hot, which was a bit disappointing. Even with these small issues, my husband and I enjoyed our two-day stay. It’s a nice hotel with good potential, and a few small improvements could really make it stand out.

Check in, not friendly at all at 10:30 pm. Busy talking to each other. I asked if they had a luggage cart,I knew, been there before and already looked where they are suppose to be. No one wanted to get up off their chair, we carried all our bags in, Room was fine, beds comfortable. Breakfast changed since a few months ago to nothing, Juice,milk, cereal, a complete waste, and why no one was eating breakfast there. No even a waffle maker. This barely made an ok rating. The room was satisfactory, saved the check in and breakfast. Not likely to ever stay there again...

I stayed here for 4nights for sightseeing and Busch Garden trip. I don't drive but the this location was perfect. Only 6mins uber drive from the williamsburg amtrak station. There's a bus station in front of the hotel that goes to williamsburg station(close to the historic area) There's a 7 eleven just 4mins walk away from the hotel so no trouble to get some snack and water. Staffs work this hotel were very friendly and hard working.

Facility served its purpose as a place to sleep and relax between visits to Busch Gardens and other attractions. Not having a refrigerator or microwave in the room was a little different. Storing food and or drinks the day before a trip was limited.

Location address given at booking was for a second Days Inn- on the same Road. Went to wrong hotel and had to deal with that confusion and then find the right hotel. Room smelled. Floors were not vacuumed. Spider and spider web in ceiling corner. Pictures crooked. No TV remote. Toilet kept backing up. Breakfast- nothing hot. One of the toasters- pull handles broken off. Cold coffee. Lots of maintenance and updating needed. Pool unsanitary. Super disappointed- was a weekend getaway for family birthday. Location was good. Online Pictures are very deceiving.

We booked a room for 5 people and had only 2 small maybe full size beds and a small chair. No cots available it would have been okay if we didn’t have teenagers if we had toddlers or infant it might have been okay. There wasn’t many options for breakfast. It was in a great location in Williamsburg and we were able to see the fireworks from our room.

Shante was nice, we had a big group and we wanted to have dinner together so she offered for us to use the dining area even if it was closed. Breakfast could be better, no fresh hot, protein choices. Hallway smelled like smoke.

Budget-priced accommodation which to us, was suitable. for our needs during a multi-day visit to Colonial Williamsburg. Breakfast offerings were fine & not unexpected for this class of lodging: A range of cereals, oatmeal, pastries, bagels, bread\toast, yogurt, fruit (apples\oranges), 2 juice selections, water, coffee\tea. Parking was ample. We didn't end up using the pools or hot tub. However, upon our arrival we did walk-thru inspections of each, and these facilities were quite clean at the time. Great location to visit local sites, eateries, shopping- many choices nearby. Staff never failed to respond to any questions or needs we had during our stay.
