"We stayed in room 212 from August 14-16. On arrival we noticed that the safe was badly damaged and therefore could not be used. The laminate on the bedside table was peeling and the laminate on the drop down shelf had been completely removed. The sheer drape window covering was filthy. "State of the room was absolutely dirty. Water leaking underneath the carpet, it was dump and wet. There mushrooms growing inside the toilet because of dumpness. The room was smelly. TV remote did not work, and the pillows were smelly as well. On the bright side, reception was open 24 hrs, there is a communal kitchen , and good communal toilets."

"Very nice property although the main entrance was inaccessible due to street construction. This made it very inconvenient for taxis and any public/tour buses since they were being rerouted. The staff was not helpful in assisting with the rerouting of the stops due to the street closure that directly affected their main fron entrance."

"The rooms were lovely and the staff was fabulous, the valets especially went out of their way to help us. We adored the family room with the bunk beds, such a great idea for families traveling with young children so we could all be together but have designated space for everyone to sleep. We also loved the pool and waterside, kids couldn't get enough! We highly recommend this hotel while visiting Loch Lomond!"
