"The property is old and needs renovation , it’s ideally located for visiting Valletta but not for people who have issues climbing stairs as there are lots outside . For a 5 star property the check in was not good as we were not informed of the free shuttle they provide nor the sauna , steam room costs which we found out later that the indoor pool is free but the spa is run privately and change 15 euros to use the sauna unless your having a spa treatment ."

"We loved our stay at this hotel. Our only complaint was that church bells went off at 6:30am every day and also the construction next door started at that time. Both things are not the hotels fault, but if you like to sleep in it’s something to be aware of."

"This hotel is truly exceptional, from the moment we checked in to (sadly) leaving, it was an absolutely perfect stay. Staff and owner were all gorgeous people - so helpful, friendly and chilled. "The location is amazing - one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We rarely interacted with any of the staff, as there is no front desk/lobby as the ground floor is Starbucks. If you need anything, (luggage storage, questions answered, etc), you need to ask a Starbucks' employee for help."
