"Staff were friendly and helpful, so no problem there. Only problem I had being a vegetarian was the buffet breakfast did not have much choice with regards to hot food i.e. no hash browns or vegetarian sausage."

"The location was great and the staff were very friendly. The one major problem for me was in the bathroom. I have physical limitations and the bathtub was so huge it was difficult to get into. The single grab bar was very badly placed and there was nothing else to hold on to. As a result, I had to shower sitting in the stool provided."

"Had our own Airport transportation sorted privately through Expedia. Very easy to find and efficient. The Hotel stay was really great. The staff, super helpful and efficient, Julia and Smriti both went over and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Julia suggested ideas for places to visit and helped us with our travel admin. Smriti dealt with our transfer details for the airport, even taking us to the collection point for the cab. Thank you ladies for your dedication and commitment to your work . "Left my credit card at the front desk when charged the $2 tax and it was stolen. Luckily my card company caught the first charge as fraud but disappointed that the hotel kept and lost the card. Beyond that hotel lobby was small and chaotic, elevator was slow, AC was broken. Not as expected."

"Excellent location with clean rooms. It is a small facility which is very quiet and does not have 24 hours front desk with one day reception was closed. Air conditioning was not on and temperature was fixed at 26 degrees on checking in. But next day it was set to 23 degrees which made daytime heat manageable. "

"We visited around Easter and the majority of the hotel's features did not seem to be available. The outdoor bar was closed, as was the steam room and sauna. The hot tub was also more of a lukewarm tub. The "private beach" is also very small. That said, the staff we friendly, professional and courteous. The breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare, and the hotel is quite centrally located if you are interested in visiting Valetta."
