When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. "Great property for doing an overnight stay for a connecting flight. Has $20 SGD full buffet breakfast & a free shuttle to/from airport. The schedule for this is on their web site. Rooms are large, quiet, beds are good. Friendly staff. A very practical hotel for traveling. If you’re visiting the city, try a hotel closer to downtown might be better."
