"The property is in modern design and has almost everything we needed. The property manager is very helpful. Only one thing I would like to bring out was the slippers. It is not suitable wearing in the bathroom. My wife fell down one time in the bathroom as the slippers are very slippery. Overall, we like the hotel and will stay again if we visit Osaka next time. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"It's spacious and clean. It has an in unit washer. Kitchen has all the essentials. I love that no need for a key card and just a code for entry to main building and room. There's a room lobby for guests on the first floor that has free water dispenser and luggage storage. It's walkable. It's quiet inside the room and building even though it's located on a busy street. "Loved the location. A short walk to the train station, Tokyo Tower and evening activities. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Easy check in and out, a lot of travel supplies, very soft bed and pillows, nice towels and linen. There was only a washing machine (no dryer), however, the bathroom has its own laundry drying system which dries the clothes faster than the regular dryer. Overall, we love the hotel and its location. "
