"Travelled often to Japan so I already know the rooms are small, traveling for 19 days with 2 adults and one child. I am glad that I booked 2 rooms otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. I would avoid the breakfast next time and eat locally. Otherwise great location to public transport and many great restaurants."

"Ok"

"Everything was amazing - the room and the hotel, the location, the staff, the service. I highly recommend."

The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pop in the lobby and we appreciated the filtered water refill stations on each floor. Washer and dryer machines were small and mediocre but expected compared to home appliances. Walking distance to public transportation. Overall very satisfied and...

"A very nice, modern, clean and friendly place to stay in Osaka. Staff are very helpful and in a good location to catch trains and buses. I will most certainly be staying here again!"

"Very close to USJ. The staff has service mind."

"Everything is good but there have noise from cars on road and noise of upper room jumping and playing at night."

"Modern hotel with full equipped facility. The room was a bit small and the cleaning was not well enough"
