"Check in was not smooth at all."

"Overall, we liked our stay. But the elevators were very slow and check in took a long time to get through. The coffee shop near checkin was very good."

"Everything was good except having to pay $20 each night for parking? I stayed 6 nights and that’s $120? Could have almost stayed an extra night at any other Hotel for that! I booked a premium city view room and they only gave me a partial view because I booked thru Expedia and saved money?"

"Great location near to everything in pigeon forge"

"We loved the indoor pool and the events that were scheduled."

"Amazing indoor pool!"

"It is a nice hotel that is in walking distance to most attractions in Gatlinburg. It is an older hotel but they do try to keep it modernized. The elevator is very slow but probably not much can be done about that. The shower head in our bathroom really needs replaced, the water didn't spray our very well. The breakfast is nice. You will get to see bears in the stream that runs in front of the hotel. I would stay here again."

"Where to begin... The pool area was filthy and no towels available. The room had bugs on the walls . The bathroom had holes in the wall and the light fixture and fan were busted up. The door to the balcony had holes in the bottom of the door ,probably where the bugs were coming in . Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs ,sausage links, fried potatoes, waffles, Toast, bagels and cold cereal. Broken glass outside by pool . Overall I was not happy when I was outside other people were also...

"It was a very quiet place to sleep. The trolley will pick up and drop you off at the hotel office. The breakfast was first rate."

"Hotel shows some age, however my grandson loved the indoor heated pool. I highly recommend for families!"
