I had to upgrade to fit our family in the room and the whole stay, they kept telling me the room was for 3 x people only, even to the point of housekeeping coming back to remove the extra bed they had just put up! Our room number was neither on any breakfast sheets so were always questioned if we had paid for it or not. No information on how to try the kids club. Spa staff were rude, wouldn’t even let the kids wear goggles to swim in the pool. Not a 5* experience....

"Seems to me like the rooms could be decorated with a bit more taste. Looks quite old and 'beige', kind of 90s. Same for the television, quite old. The folding bed in the triple room was absolutely uncomfortable, very hard, with just a piece of wood basically to hold you. In terms of the buffet, there is a lack of choices for vegetarians.
