"When we got there there were no towels available for our room, even after checking-in. We had to wait about 2 hrs to get them. There was no way to control the room temperature because there was no ac. The safe in the room was not working, asked for help on the front desk and they never got back to us. The shower was not very clean, it had mold on all corners and on the wall. Would not recommend."

"Lovely hotel and convenient location. Very close to center of Cusco. Rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful. There were lots of spaces to sit and relax, including around a fire pit in the courtyard. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Cusco."

"The location is perfect! Easy to find a good restaurant, good cafe, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated but there were many pubs and bars around the hotel. You'll hear the very loud noise until 4-5 am on a weekend night. And If you had bad luck get the room on the 1st floor located near the common area. Another guest will wake you up by a very loud noise by chatting with others since 5 am. However, I love the hotel staff very much. They were so kind, very helpful and super friendly. "

We appreciated Henry's welcome and orientation as well as he helped my wife when she came down with altitude sickness and provided the oxygen tank when she needed it early in the morning. We also liked the complimentary breakfast and our server was very helpful and our extra orders for food was cooked to perfection. Our room was cleaned regularly.
