"Great location. I stayed 2 nights. Free filtered water and tea all day. The breakfast was also good. Two scrambled eggs, avocado, bread, jam and a fruit salad. My room was right across from the yoga/meditation area with floor to ceiling windows. It was nice to spend time outside my room. The hotel owner also arranged an affordable taxi for me to go to the Pisac archeological site and then I hiked backed down to the town, which I highly recommend."

"Rooms were freezing, hot water took more than 10 minutes to arrive, staff spoke zero English. Bedding was clean, food was reasonable, about on a par with a Motel 6 in Alabama. "

"The location was very scenic with a stunning view over the city. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a heater for the second night when it got a bit chillier. The breakfast was delicious with freshly made eggs and cheesy toast. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit."

"Sadly the swimming pool was freezing (advertised as 17 degrees was around 5 degrees) and the sauna did not heat properly - I chose this hotel for those two amenities so I am very disappointed! I have emailed the hotel to find some kind of compensation as £40 for one night and to not even be able to enjoy the pool and sauna is very disappointing and upsetting! If they sort out the pool and sauna then the hotel will be fabulous! All staff were helpful and kind!"

"Je suis resté deux nuits à l'hôtel. La première fut quelque peu difficile, alors que ma chambre au deuxième étage donnait directement sur la rue où circulent sans arrêt des véhicules. Ayant le sommeil léger, il m'était difficile de dormir avec le bruit même en ayant des bouchons dans les oreilles. J'ai demandé le lendemain s'il était possible de changer de chambre et on acquiesça par bonheur à ma demande. Celle-ci était située au cinquième étage plus vers l'arrière de l'édifice et c'était...

"Hotel needs some updating-lots of 80’s style gold embellishments. Sheets and towels were worn and scratchy. In addition to that, the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1-2 am and again at 4-5 am. We requested a refund for the night but was refused."

The room was also quite cold, especially during the night. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improving English communication and room heating would make the experience much better."
