Excellent staff with beautiful hotel rooms and convenient to the main square. They served a delicious breakfast at Rumi Wasi. They also offered laundry service which was very helpful. All in all I would recommend this hotel since I had a great experience with them.
Clean, quaint, and nice. Close to the main square. Staff was friendly and helpful, felt like family. Breakfasts were nicely presented, personalized, and delicious. Would highly recommend!
The hotel is like abanb, only have 6 rooms . They have dining room and living room. The location is good, about 300m from the plaza de armor. Only thing it’s on the lope which you walking into need some effort
Very comfortable bed. Room is spacious. Staff is super helpful. I had to leave early, they got me a taxi and prepared breakfast to go right on time when I had to go. Superb!
The Rumi Wasi was a fantastic place to call home while we were in Cusco. The property is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The staff was available anytime we needed via WhatsApp and the breakfast was a nice treat every morning. We were welcomed with tea as we acclimated and we were able to leave our luggage while we were away in Machu Picchu for 2 days, then returned for 2 more nights at the Rumi Wasi. The proximity into the heart of Cusco was excellent too. The only thing is that though it is close to the square, it is up a fairly steep street that if you are not fully acclimated to the altitude means you want to take it nice and slow to not over exert yourself.
I highly recommend the Rumi Wasi and would absolutely stay here again!!
Staff was very helpful, very good breakfast and property manager was very helpful with quick response. Very good rooms and comfortable staying. Close to main square, everything is very accessible
It was a beautiful place, very comfortable and the staff was so helpful setting up our car to the airport, breakfast, and cleaning. A little cold in the evening but the blankets kept us warm underneath.
Rumi Wasi was the perfect stopover on way to Sacred Valley. Very welcoming staff, super clean place. Very accommodating and arranged a private driver to airport too. Would highly recommend.

Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel had a lot of character which I appreciated. The night person on staff was my biggest struggle. After about 20 minutes of trying to take a shower, I went and found the manager and she turned on the hot water heater. She also failed to tell me that the hotel locked and to get back in you needed to use your code so I was trapped outside for about 20 minutes banging on the door. I think it’s really important for your front line to be able to do the basics. I did get a text from the main manager who offered to help with anything we needed, which was very nice. My son and his girlfriend had a very nice room with roof access which they loved.
Our stay was short but the location was excellent and the staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was exactly what we needed. Beautiful accommodation and very comfortable beds. We had a spacious family room perfect for the three of us. Really appreciated our time there
This was a really unusual and amazing place. It is a historical building, dating back to the Inca and then Spanish Colonials who built on top of it. The rooms are cozy and it feels like sleeping in a museum. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great (a bit confusing to order though - I think you put in only one order per room?). Thanks Manuel and staff.
Clean room they cleaned Everyday breakfast included you were able to order your breakfast and they would bring it to you we had Machu Picchu really early and they broght us a breakfast to go the night before staff super nice location excellent close to the plaza and stores
Unique beautiful location, a historic treasure, well-maintained, presented like a museum. Great staff & manager, comfortable room, great breakfasts. Location excellent to old city centre. We recommend this place!
With only 7 rooms, the hospitality was fantastic. Very close to the Plaza where there are lots of museums, food and shopping. We stayed in room 7 with the roof top patio and the views were breath taking. We will be back and ask for the same room. We cannot give the hotel a higher recommendation.
The staff super helpful. Definately take them up on getting u a taxi. The hotel is on a hill and they will pick up right at the door
The plaza del Armas so close. The only negative is there is a restaurant across the street that plays music at night. If you are an easy to bed person bring earplugs
Breakfast was good and fresh
