One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Great rooms, kind and helpful staff and very good food as well (both buffet and Italian restaurant)

This is an excellent hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and well appointed.

Our stay at Grotta Resort was very comfortable and the staff were amazing. It’s very convenient if you want to do Gorilla trekking. We were picked up and dropped off at Kigali by the resort, our driver Enock really looked after us and made sure we arrived at our destinations.

We stayed here for 2 separate nights at the start and end of our visit to Rwanda. Transport was waiting for us at the airport and took us swiftly to the hotel. We were decamped for the first night to an annex due to the hotel being full - this was ok but a bit of a time warp as it was an older building. The room was spacious and comfortable enough, but not the "superior" room we had booked. On our return, however, we were upgraded to a superior suite, which more than compensated for the first...

Lighting is of poor quality need changing and pool had no chlorine so infections of fungus are slightly to happen especially to woman and kids but after all the hotel is fantastic.

Staff were very helpful and organised taxis etc. Room was large , bed comfortable and had good wifi. There was a bar and restaurant although I did not dine there.
