Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali."

"The room was very clean, very hospitable staff."

"The receptionist and cleaning staff were very good and helpful. I will definitely stay there again"

"I was denied access to the hotel because the owner did not receive any payment from Expedia. I need to be reimbursed the total amount I paid to Expedia"

"The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. "

"Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. "
