"This is a solid 4.3 star hotel. The location to GTech Stadium (15min walk), short bus ride away from the South Ealing tube stop, and price makes this hotel a great choice! The staff was very friendly. The sheets and bathroom were clean! The reason for a 4.3 rating is that: our sink stopper was detached so we had to pull the lever underneath to drain the sink, rooms were a little dated in terms of touch up’s(lots of scuffs on the walls, lots tiny holes in window blackout curtain, none of the tv...

"Stayed on Friday 13th. Gretted by the staff on arrival, very plesent and even got us into our room early, this was around 12:30pm which was great. The car park is at a reduced rate of £15 instead of the £25 for the day but thats still mad in my opinion. Not great for someone who's paid quite alot to stay at the property overnight. Room was ok, very small, we stayed here over 10 years ago and the rooms were bigger and nicer, this room had a Premier Inn feel to it, which is disappointing...
