"Room was clean, terrible staff service Air-Conditioning did not work, Steve was not friendly not any kind of good information for transportation from the staff, false advertising,no airport shuttle. It’s a regular paid service. Not near any good transportation"

"This is a nice hotel with much larger rooms than the usual for Europe. It's convenient in that it is connected to Heathrow Terminal 4 via an enclosed walkway. The room was well furnished and comfortable. Our only issue was that they gave us only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 2 people. The onsite restaurant food was good and reasonably priced for a hotel."

"I initially booked the room with a credit card. That card expired before my actual stay. I received multiple emails daily that I needed to update payment method despite the fact that I updated it after receiving the first note. Ridiculous that I ended up having to call hotel directly about it as they were going to cancel my reservation. Additionally, when I arrived at the hotel, I needed dinner. I wanted room service. I was required to put $100 on my credit card for whatever I might order....

"The staff were incredible and the room was beautiful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the runway view was lovely to wake up to. I didn't eat there, but did have a drink upon arrival and the bar was well run, too."

"Room was smaller than expected but creatively decorated. Too many decorative pillows for the size of the room with little storage to get them out of way. On site parking very convenient Train station very handy to get to other areas of London. Lovely safe area with shops nearby"

"The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public...
