Lex the member of staff at this place lied to Expedia team, telling them that we checked in but hadn't checked out knowing that we had refused to stay there and had asked for a refund which they are refusing! We ended up staying at Gatwick all night until our flight. Not a great start to our holiday. Reviews are questionable. DO NOT STAY THERE!!"

"Practical location near the airport (but the advertised shuttle doesn’t exist so you need a 20 pounds taxi both ways). The room was tiny (as advertised, that’s not a problem), but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The on-site restaurant was okay. The major drawback is the lack of air conditioning. When the UK summer temperatures reach 95 degrees, any building becomes a furnace. The fan in the room did help. All in all, it’s a good, practical place for the money."

"This is an older guest house with limited facilities situated in a charming village just minutes from Gatwick Airport. There is no elevator or AC and the rooms are very small. In the room there was an electric kettle and provisions to make a cup of tea, no coffee. The staff was very helpful and carried my bags to the 3rd floor, The cab cost $23 from the airport.
