The room had a faulty TV however the receptionist was amazing and changed my room quickly hence why i keep coming back because pf excellent service

Do not stay here! We decided it was a health hazard and left. That should tell you everything you need to know. The place needs completely gutting. Staff is lovely though.

This property is very lovely location, it is quite far away from airport but not difficult to reach to hotel. Front desk staff are really doing great job Specially Kumudu assist us lot as well she did really good support to us. We enjoyed staying with this hotel during our holiday

Our stay was good. We werer late (10.30pm) Check-in was quick & easy. Room very good. Room facilities e,g, Coffee remote tv plug in for recharging phones clean Shower need a boost (no pressure). All in all a GOOD EXPERIENCE normally use Premier but would DEFFINITELY us OYO again.

The room we stayed in (room 11) was full of black mold. There were bugs and hair in the beds. There was no way to lock your door and they keypads wiere intermittent. The staff were friendly and offered a new room, but it would've required splitting up the family, and it turned out to be a rough area

Better than expected

We weren't expecting much from previous reviews but were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable although dated and in need of some TLC it was perfect for a few hours sleep before our early gatwick flight

Okay for a small trip

Staff were polite and welcoming. Room was as expected. Little to no hot water first night but second night was fine. Rooms were pretty sound proof as we could hear the weeding that was happening in the hall a few doors down.

When I arrived there was a very loud wedding party in full swing which stopped some time after midnight. This may be unusual. Also no plug for the basin in my room. But the room and bed were clean and fine for the money. Reception staff were pleasant. Plenty of parking.

Could do (much) better.

Despite having a bar and a restaurant, neither were open, so no breakfasts available. Not good enough for a hotel mainly occupied by working men/ artisans. Little/ no attention to detail. The toilet seat was loose and hanging off, chain but no plug in the sink, 2 of the room's lights not working. But room was clean, bed very comfortable.

I required a hotel near to Cheam & this was located well The reviews didn't seem very good but I had a single room which was clean, comfortable & had everything I needed The bathroom was clean & the shower was very good. The staff were really helpful & when I requested an iron to go with the board, it was supplied. I would re-book for any further short stays for convenience & price.

Ideal location for Gatwick Airport, plenty of parking spaces, large clean room. Only negative is that shower is really feeble.

Nice location, interior rather dated but they did explain they had just taken over the hotel. Unfortunately no bar or restaurant was open - very helpful to arrange taxi and food Good access for airport
