"Room was cleaned okay. AC was incredible! No amenities other than two 250ml bottles of water, plus an extra one we found in between the bed and the wall… hence the cleaning comment."

"Perfect location 5 minutes from the airport the big shuttle bus picked us up 4.30am and was straight to the airport no stops on the way , stop number 11 at the airport for drop and pick up . Last pick up from Gatwick north 12.06am Hotel was clean with a Starbucks bit in the bar .parking £12 a night spaces are limited first come first served . We usually stay at the Hilton or other on-site hotels but this was just as easy for £63 for the night . Great staff too ."

"Very good English breakfast ? Room was very clean , staff were very helpful , didn’t need parking , would highly recommend as a overnight stopover near the North terminal "

"Great location for the airport and all you need for an overnight stay. My wife was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room/en suite. "

"Room had no heating, it was broken. Small oil filled radiator inadequate to heat the room. Asked for another duvet, never arrived. Slept in a jumper! Shocking, wouldn’t stay again! "

"Great airport hotel, clean comfortable and free shuttle bus. Good air con. Parking was £12.50 for 12 hours overnight. Gym was small but a good range of equipment with clean towels. Breakfast was standard English breakfast fare and a little disappointing if I was being a bit critical but otherwise fine. Would happily stay again!"
