My stay was enjoyable. The location was amazing. The room was clean, staff was kind and inviting. The pool seemed well taken care of. Parking is available. It is small but when it was full I parked in an open area in the front with no issues. An amazing stay and I would come back again.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! The young beautiful lady Sarivette was always happy and willing to accommodate our needs. She has a lovely personality. The pool was a nice bonus. The manager gave us great recommendations for places to eat and see. I will stay here again hands down.

It seems to be a hotel that is convenient if you have a car. They do not offer food and there are no walkable places to get food.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area of Fajardo, you won’t regret staying here. Affordable!! but also nice rooms, lovely staff, really clean room and bathrooms and they provide coffee and water bottles in the room. The only thing I would add is a long mirror in the rooms. Besides that, everything was lovely!

Beautiful Boutique hotel, very clean, very new. Service, especially manager, needs to do better in terms of politeness and customer service. Booked thru Expedia App and they charged extra undisclosed fees upon arrival. Other that that, had a great experience.

Best place in Fajardo

I had to postpone my trip due to last minute flight cancellation. The lady on the desk was very accommodating and let me move it forwards with no bother. When i finally arrived the same lady "Ms S", was on the desk and welcomed me into the hotel with a smile. She couldn't have been nicer and i felt immediately at home. She was a wealth of information on the area and definitely enhanced my stay. 5/5

Al hotel le faltan muchos servicios. No ofrecen desayunos y es complicado localizar sitios cerca con apertura temprana. Tampoco tienen servicio de consigna y la opción q te dan para dejar las maletas hasta las 16horas es pagar 114dolares. Si entras en internet una noche en ese hotel está en 250 dólares. Absolutamente desproporcionado. No tiene ascensor y hay q subir las maletas a peso por unas escaleras complicadas..Huele mucho a humedad en la recepción. Solo un armario pequeño de dos puertas en la habitación y ni sillón ni ningún tipo de apoyo para colocar ropa o maletas. La recepción huele muchísimo a humedad.
