"A lovely stay in the heart of Lucca! We really enjoyed our stay at Lucca Charm. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Lucca and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, cafés and shops. It was particularly convenient being able to come and go easily during the day. The property has lots of character and charm, and our family room was cleaned every day and was comfortable, with a double bed and bunk beds for the children. "Check in is at a different building but there is no signage to explain. This hotel had no services like bar or restaurant, which required short walk to the other property. Shower was a handicapped shower with not glass protection in the shower so water was everywhere in the bathroom."
