"Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning (it was very hot out!) but the staff quickly changed our room and gave us an upgrade as well as a complimentary breakfast. We very much appreciated this. They were eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay."

"Central location, lovely staff and a comfy bed. Bathroom and shower were great, communication prior to stay was excellent."

"Loved everything about this place!!!"

"We received a warm welcome when we checked in, and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good."

"Front Desk staff are super supportive and amazingly outstanding."

"The hotel is a good walk from the river and the old town. Staff are helpful, rooms clean and well maintained and there is a nice ground floor bar. Great view from the rooftop bar."

Food was good and varied. A special hats off to Pedro in the restaurant, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Will definitely be back!"

"Great location. Updated room. It was clean. Had a great view."

"Our stay was excellent, great location. The only problem was the lighting in the room and washroom was too dim."

"Buenisimo el tamaño de las habitaciones"

"Great room, fabulous location. Many thanks"

"Central hotel, nice and quiet in the rooms."

"This hotel, and my stay in it, felt like a dream the whole time. The location is phenomenal - incredibly central to everywhere a tourist would like to visit. The hotel is exquisite - the decor and ambiance was so beautiful, including the lovely scent infused throughout the building. My room was so charming, quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and we were provided one memory foam style pillow and one soft one per guest (4 total for a Queen bed). Breakfast...
