Petit bémol sur la chambre vendue en rez-de-piscine alors que c'est un sharing pool c'est à dire que la piscine n'est pas forcément devant votre chambre mais quelques chambres plus loin. Pas gènant en soi mais si on avait su on aurait pris une chambre avec supplément ailleurs dans l'hôtel (avec vue dans les étages par expl). En tout cas souvenirs inoubliables de ce séjour."

"Absolutely awful experience, with numerous cleaners making noise from 8am daily despite the fact that they should not have started the cleaning before 9am. Tremendous noise from banging, moving of furniture, shouting, laughing, chatting, calling to each from opposite ends of the corridor daily. Thoroughly unprofessional and rude cleaning staff continued to do this despite being asked to stop by the reception and who walked off showing attitude and rudely and who did not apologize to me. "Nice play to stay quiet nights a lot of aged people and a couple of small kid families but would recommend to stay close within Alcudia but easy to get out on the road to any other spot aside from Alcudia, around an hour to get from the airport easy to get there"

"The room was spotless, the reception staff were welcoming, the pools were lovely, the lifeguard was funny, I liked the bean bags by the pool with the table tennis on the astroturf. We were close to plenty shops and restaurants. We didnt buy breakfast, we had a kitchenette to cook our own meals. "From arriving to checking out all the staff were excellent with smiles and helping people with whatever was needed. Our room was cleaned every day. I think this hotel is fabulous for a multi age group because it certainly caters for all ages with multi pools which we took full advantage of the adult only pool. Free parking. On reading previous comments regards mosquitos we wore repellent bands and Avon so soft and was not bothered with them at all, we notice some people also brought citronella...
