"The room was lovely and clean. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast was plentiful with a great selection. Thankfully the air conditioning was in perfect condition. The only reason that I gave the amenities a 4 star rating is that I didn’t use anything."

"Modern, comfortable hotel in a great Bangkok location I really enjoyed my stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The hotel feels modern, upscale, and very well maintained. My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious without being overly formal. The location was very convenient for exploring Bangkok, with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and public transportation nearby. It was easy to get around the city while still having a comfortable and relaxing hotel to return to. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok."

"My daughter and I just needed a place to sleep during a layover, and this place was excellent! Great selection of things to eat at breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable beds, and air conditioning (once you use your key for the lights, the air conditioning will turn on it just takes a little bit). Made us wish we had a longer layover so we could check out the pool!"

"The hotel is great!! My wife got so many pictures just at the hotel!!! The staff, for the most part, were all very pleasant. The whole experience, minus 1 thing, was very pleasant!! No, for that 1 thing, THE FOOD!!! We ate in every restaurant, except for the sushi bar.. Breakfast Buffet: nothing hot!! Everything was set on warmers, but they weren't turned on. I tried coming at different times! Cold! I ran up when they were putting "fresh" food on top, Cold!! I could get a hot omelette because it's made to order.. Coffee, VERY HOT!!! Spaghetti Bolognese, no flavor at all!! and Seafood Spaghetti for my wife, seafood was not fresh. Garlic bread? Hard and literally ZERO garlic!! Not going to list everything!! The special for the month of July?? EXCELLENT!! Chocolate Fondue!! Only disappointment, not enough fruit!! We had a ton of chocolate left over!! I wanted tip take it to my room to dip the fruit I had.. Anyway, all in all, had a great stay. We had a huge corner room with Windows from one end to the other, so GREAT night view!! I would definitely stay again, I would just be doing all my dining elsewhere..."

"The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and gym are nice. Neither is big but neither seemed crowded. The location is excellent. The Starbucks in the lobby is very handy and was open 20 hours a day."
