"Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. "Everything was very good! Good breakfast, very clean room and pool!"

"The room was very clean, there is a whole folder devoted to telling you what the fine is for damaging items or taking them (4 pages of them in fact which is a new one for us). The staff were ok, nothing more. The breakfast was varied, we just had toast because we aren’t used to eating actual meals or sushi for breakfast. The air conditioning worked well and the tv had Netflix which was a welcome change. We got a taxi to the airport in the morning and that cost 150 baht so worth it to get dropped off straight outside departures. "
