"From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was greeted with smiles. Beautiful well maintained property. The hotel staff at check in were so friendly and welcoming. Concierge extremely helpful and welcoming. Gave me great ideas on what to experience in the area and outskirts. Hotel was clean and had lots to offer. Neighborhood was safe with a fairly large shopping mall next door. Swimming pool was beautiful and clean with food and drink available and towels along with great staff and many lounging chairs. Rooftop lounge was incredible with super friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed a few beverages overlooking the city on the 24th floor . Relaxation massage available on site with multiple restaurants. I hired a driver to take me out during the day and night if needed otherwise used local ride known as bolt. Safe and honest . Laundry available. Bed was comfortable great view. Shower great pressure, room cleaning staff friendly and welcoming. I would 100 percent return to this hotel when I visit again. Thank you for making my experience as fantastic as it was. Will remember forever."

"Basic for night stay before train or air travel. Large spacious room. Bed very firm. Small fridge. Staff booked taxi for next morning for us. Served our country purpose well. Supermarket within walking distance."

"I booked at Ibis Impact for the concert at Impact Arena, which can be accessed via the Skywalk. The compound is away fr the city, but ideal to stay if attending events at Impact. The room is good, more spacious than another Ibis hotel location I booked before. The hotel is kind of secluded, and 711 is a long walk away but can be accessed via Skywalk."

"The hotel looks very nice, situated just next to the train station. There is a 7/11 just in front of the hotel. Worth more than what I paid off. Staffs are so friendly. The room and dining area were so nice and comfortable. I will definitely stay in here again as well as trying other branches managed by UHG"
