"Wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were courteous, professional, and incredibly pleasant throughout our stay. Excellent breakfast and Highly recommended this hotel. What I didn't like about this hotel was that on my last day, the day of check-out, I went downstairs for breakfast in the morning. when I returned to my room to take a shower and pack everything for check-out someone had entered the room and taken all the towels. When I went to take a shower, I had no towels, so I had to leave the bathroom soaking wet to call the front desk to ask them to bring me a towel. That's when I found out that someone entered to my room. I don't understand why they would do something like this on the last day. Especially without notifying me beforehand. Apparently, this is something they normally do. but I found this very inconvenient and unprofessional. Is like they do this to make you pack everything and leave the room fast before the check -out time. This is something that need to be change. I will definitely stay here again if this doesn't happen again."
