"The wifi was very slow and unreliable. Reception was closed from 8pm to 9am which made it difficult to raise the issue. The hot water was boiling hot in the shower - needs a temperature reducing valve to be compliant. The bed was very soft, and the curtains and carpet very thin. Bathroom very dated. The heater worked. Mostly functional, definitely not luxurious."

"Had a good stay. Could've done with a firmer mattress as that's my preference. Other than that it was all good."

"We really appreciate the extra room we were given. We loved our stay so much, thankyou will for sure book again!"

"Our stay was very pleasant"

"An absolute crap hole, my room was a completely worn out 1970's era dungeon. Dark 24/7 as one sheltered window and only 1 light out of the 3 in the room worked. Ventilation/hvac system doesnt look like it has worked for many years so room smells damp, towels and toilet paper are damp, bathroom walls are dripping wet all the time etc. Wifi was too weak to even connect at all in the room, in the lounge area near reception the signal was strong enough to connect but the speed was about dial up...

"Great place to stay in palmy north, easy check in, large comfortable room with great view. And right in town with dining and shopping walking distance away. Recommend to all"

"Really handy location. Enjoyed the spa bath in the room. Helpful staff and just an enjoyable stay."

"I got stuck unexpectedly in Palmy and needed a quick reservation on the spot. This place turned out to be great. Very clean and comfortable large room with everything I needed. A well attended motel with owners and staff onsite. Would return."

"Lovely stay. Clean, modern apartment. Only a 15 to 20 minute walk to center Would stay again."

"First time here and relaxing, peaceful and local stay in Palmy. Check in was no fuss, room immaculate and clean, had an iron and ironing board, everything we needed amd so local to restaurants, mall, city centre. We had Room 7. The only downfall was the Spa, we loved that it was a private Spa that could at least 4 of us, but the temperature was more like warm than hot. Other than that, a great stay, we'll come back here for sure."

"Nice and easy property as a quick stay for an early red eye flight"

"Clean room and pet friendly"

"Handy to central CBD."

"Staff were nice. Place feels a little tired. Parking was good."

"Motel room was very clean tidy looked amazing parking was excellent looking forward to our next stay ...cheers Shane"

"Location was walking distance to supermarket, burger king, garages and township also. Check in easy and hosts friendly. Establishment was dated but surfice, rooms cleaned well & comfy bed. Unfortunately I was dissapointed over the stench of what I believe were smelly carpets, no underlay for comfort and odour throughout the room in curtains, furniture. Comfy double bed. Enjoyed jetted bath, but lack of utensils in kitchenette made it more frustrating. Paid fair price 3 nights stay but very...
