"Been to a few hotels in the area and I can't lie this was by far the best. Located right next to the mall so everything I needed was a walk away, the ambience was simply amazing. And the staff were amazing seriously, these guys give above and beyond a new meaning. Paticularly, a receptionist named Sab or Sabia (sorry I'm not good with names) but she was warm, polite and incredibly helpful to us throughout our stay. If I should ever visit luton again, I'll definitely be seeking their...

"Good value for money. Exactly what you would expect from a hotel on the cheap side. We got a room only for a night as we had an early morning flight from Luton. Position is very convenient to go to the airport, the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the bus station where you can get transports to get to the airport. Both the room and the bathroom were very small, especially the shower, but there was everything needed to stay a night."

"We’re disturbed all night by rude guests. Staff were not willing to come and check in on the noise and put an end to it. I was woken up at least 5 times before 3.30am. Management completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation. "

"We had the worst stay here. A fight in the hotel, broken glass, our room lock was broken, the food was dreadful, breakfast was so bad. I have written to the hotel about this shocking experience and they are ignoring all emails, so i have now gone ahead with a negative review."
