"The hotel is in a fantastic location in Bayeux. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Bayeux. Bayeux itself is in easy driving distance to all the Normandy D-Day locations. The staff could not have been friendlier. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a good European breakfast. "Great location if you are driving. Parking in town is a real pain. This property is outside of the main city and has a nice secure parking lot. A lot of tours use this hotel. This hotel is newer and more modern than most hotels in town. "

"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

"This hotel is extremely sketchy. The hallways and stairs are dirty. There is no control over the heating. The door locks are questionable. There is no hot water in the shower and it doesn't drain. It seems to be a hotel where many people are living."
