She organised our trip to Kotor Bay with Globtours, and let us use her laptop when we needed to. Irena and her staff gave us a nice send off when we left with lots of Montenegrin kisses. "The hotel was nice overall but I was not happy on things they should inform me about on check-in. For example, to use the beach you have to pay for chairs, thebalcony door locked me out of my room, and the rental said they have a casino but I was informed there it is seasonal, I could have booked a cheaper hotel if the casino was not working. However, the staff was great and the food nice."

"Lovely hotel just inside the main gate of Kotor. Place was really clean and the staff were super friendly. The buffet breakfast was standard hotel breakfast and was lovely. Would stay again."
