"We stayed at the Heritage Grand Perast from 10th - 17th May for a week’s holiday and had an excellent time. The hotel is magnificent and well deserving of its five star rating. "Excellent place to stay in Kotor Bay. The resort has great views and facilities are top notch. The breakfast spread is sooo good and is included with the stay. The staff are so welcoming and friendly - the check in process was the smoothest i have ever experienced. The room was squeaky clean and was provided with bottled water (2) for each night of stay for free of cost. Definitely going back when in Montenegro."

"There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...
