"We had a wonderful stay at Royal Blue Resort & Residence. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the views were absolutely beautiful. "The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude. The apartment was nothing like it was listed, there were no kitchenettes in the apartment, not even a kettle or a sink. We were required to use the communal...
