"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper!
Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place.
Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Vivek and his wife Lena were great hosts. When I arrived, we had a sit down conversation, told me about the whole neighborhood and what’s around the area. At first I was skeptical due to the fact that I was my first time in country, but by the 2nd day, all was smooth sailing."

"If you’re looking for simple, safe, self-service accommodations in the heart of Grand Baie, this is the place to go.
These rooms are fully equipped with all necessary amenities to prepare simple meals, but why would you when you are surrounded by dozens of great restaurants and food vendors. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, and a similar 5 minute walk the Super U hypermarket. A laundromat is very convenient in the same complex as the Super U.
The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh...

"L'hôtel est bien mais pas de petit déjeuner ny déjeuner les draps du lit ne se change pas
Parcontre il propose au clients pour des sorties on a étais faire une sortie en mer voire les dauphin et on a étais faire une visite de 23 couleurs de terre et voire l anciens volcan 🌋 "
