"Fantastic stay, couldn't have asked for more. Excellent villa with the perks of hotels. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming in ensuring our stay was very memorable. "The staff was lovely, I had come much earlier due to my flight and my room was available when I arrived. The room was beautiful, with great water views. The only downside was there was no shower gel when I wanted to shower late at night, had to use the hand soap! It was corrected early the next day. Breakfast was decent. Would have been 5 stars if not for the shower gel debacle. Will come back. "

"All the service was good (cleaning staff, restaurants etc.) except the front desk. Except a couple of staff, most of the time they were rude, unhelpful. "We had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Lux Le Morne, and it was truly one of the best experiences of our lives. "Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."
