"We stayed at AX The Palace for a week with 2 children in a family room, which was quite big, with a huge bed for the parents and a sofa bed for the kids. Breakfast was excellent with everything you can think of (from cereals to cooked English breakfast, from vegetables and plenty of salads to fruit and desserts). The indoor swimming pool was a great addition, and we used it daily especially in the afternoons, after exploring Malta during the day. The outdoor pool was a bit chilly for April, but...

"The rooms are spacious and the showers are powerful, although the rooms are a bit dated.
The hotel is in a great position a few minutes walk from the Triton fountain.
The buffet breakfast has a great variety and all well presented. The staff are all so friendly and very helpful.
The outdoor pool area is very spacious and there are plenty of sunbeds available.
The only downside of the hotel is there are a lot of steps or a steep climb from the hotel to the Main Street so not ideal if you have...

"We stayed as a family of four and had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms are spacious, spotless and well equipped, and the drinkable water tap in the bathroom is a standout feature. All staff were consistently warm and attentive — everyone greets you as you pass, which creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
